The City Council <br />previously approved a motion for Wiss, Janey, Elstner, Associates, to prepare bid documents for <br />repairs to the Masonry Facade of City Hall. Additionally, the City Council authorized staff to <br />advertise and request sealed bids for the Masonry Facade project. <br />The City received five bids. A complete bid tabulation table is enclosed. <br />The three lowest bids are as follows: <br /> <br />. A.J.Spanjers Company, Inc. Base bid $136,773.00 <br /> 0 Alternate I $66,317.00 <br />. Advanced Masonry Restoration Base Bid $145,861.00 <br /> 0 Alternate I $80,000.00 <br />.
