Utilizing secondary data available, compile a summary <br />evaluation of market conditions for retail, office and <br />residential uses in Arden Hills and the surrounding <br />communities. Identify in general, factors that may impact <br />redevelopment in the Analysis Area including development <br />on the TCAAP site. <br /> <br />C. Interview commercial brokers, sales agents and property <br />managers for residential and commercial real estate <br />regarding the types of development most appropriate for this <br />area, its general potential, and the types of amenities and <br />character needed to attract peoplelbusinesses to the area, <br />among other factors. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />General Conclusions and Recommendations. <br />L From data collected and field work, provide <br />recommendations on the types of development most <br />appropriate and the general level of space supportable <br />in the market. <br />2.
