Build a traffic forecasting model so Level of <br />Service calculations call be done quickly for alternate land use <br />scenarios. The final report will reflect the forecasts from the <br />recommellded land use plan. These forecasts will reflecl <br />reductions in traffic for the enhanced pedestrian and transit systems <br />that will be recommended for the development. <br /> <br />. Perform traffic analyses of the study intersections and area <br />roadways in Ihe exisling, Build, and No-Build scenarios. Levels of <br />Service and queuing calculations will be done with Synchro and <br />SimTraffic software packages. Visual SimTraffic simulations will <br />be provided for Ihe key inlersections. The simulations will reflect <br />the Build Scenario with Ihc recommended lalld use plan. <br /> <br />. It is anlicipated the p.m. peak hour will be the design hour for the <br />redevelopment. If the redevelopment ends up with heavy a.m. <br />peak-hour traffic generators, we will negotiate a contract <br />amendment to analyze the morning rush hour if the City believes <br />thai would be beneficial. <br /> <br />Determine what, if any, mitigation measures will be necessary in <br />the 2030 Build and No-Build Scenarios. <br /> <br />. Prepare a report that documents our findings and <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />.
