Crystal Bass Lake Road Redevelopment Plan
While with another finn, Bill Weber helped prepare a plan to redevelop
an aging first-ring suburban corridor. The plan has been implemented
and the area now includes a new shopping center, renovated commercial
buildings with off-street parking, multiple-family housing, offices and a
major new park. Tax increment financing, CDBG funds and counly road
money were used.

Downtown Champaign, Illinois, Revitalization Plan
While with another finn, Bill Weber led a team that prepared a
downtown revitalization plan for Springfield, Illinois. That strategy
combined adaptively re-using old industrial and railroad structures,
creating a downtown development corporation and business
improvement district, and improving public infrastructure.

Green Bay Urban Design Plan
The policies and graphics ofthis plan guide public and private design
and investment. Subjects included commercial corridors, local
residential streets, neighborhoods, parks, commercial site design, the
proposed parkway system, the downtown and the Fox riverfront.

Eau Claire Physical Character Plan
One of the major issues addressed in this document was how to promote
or regulate the private design of new residential neighborhoods so Ihey
contain many of the desirable characteristics of traditional Eau Claire
neighborhoods - sidewalks, street trees, interconnected streets, recessed
garages, a mixture of housing types, parks, and small-scale retail areas
within a short distance.

Arden Hills Small Area Plan for the 82 District 7-5
