Area and Dimensions of Each Parking Space. For the purpose of <br />this Code, a parking space shall be not less than three hundred (300) <br />square feet per vehicle of standing and maneuvering area. Individual <br />spaces shall be at least nine (9) feet in width and eighteen (18) feet in <br />length. <br /> <br />B. Access. All off-street parking spaces shall have access driveways <br />and access directly to public streets or alleys. Curb cuts for uses other <br />than single family homes shall require approval from the Council. The <br />number of curb cuts along arterial and collector roads shall be held to a <br />minimum whenever possible. Any residential lot, which has frontage on <br />both a local street and a collector street or a major or minor arterial (as <br />defined by the Comprehensive Plan of Arden Hills) shall gain access <br />only from the local street. <br /> <br />C.
