of Arden Hills - Comorehensive Plan - DRAFT
and protected resource chapters. Ordinances are the regulatory tool for guiding
development so that it is in conformance with the City's plans and overall vision.
This Comprehensive Plan calls for the updating of many ordinances most
notably the land use and shoreland ordinances. These ordinances require
continuous review to ensure that they are advancing the City's vision and
Metropolitan Council requirements. Furthermore, as State Statutes are
updated, they too must be reflected in the City's ordinances.
Formatted: Indent Left: 0", Tabs:
0.69", Left
14.3 Small Area Plans ( Formatted.
