<br />The above list is not a ranked orioritv list of proposed oath expansions and
<br />upgrades. The City has identified certain trail segments that are crucial for
<br />developing needed north -south and east -west oath connections that are divided
<br />by maior highways: G. G1 G2 H. I. 11. 12, and 13. In coordination with the capital
<br />improvements plan (CIP), the City may benefit from setting specific trail priorities
<br />to take advantage of grants, road reconstruction Droiects and other opportunities
<br />as thev arise. It is understood that as time goes bv. Driorities may need to be
<br />changed or rearranged
<br />Segment D and E are planned pathways along County Road E2 and a
<br />Ramsey County Libraryand Tony Schmidt Regional Park. County Road E2 is a
