<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - April 14, 2008 <br /> <br />28 <br /> <br />Planner I Beekman stated that the Fire Chief had stated that 10-20 calls per year would be <br />considered excessive in his opinion but she had not talked to the Police Department <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a <br />motion for Recommendation 18 to read: If the City incurs additional fire <br />and/or law enforcement service costs in excess of 10 fire and/or 10 law <br />enforcement calls per year, beyond those of the preexisting use, <br />Northwestern College shall reimburse to the City the cost of such services. <br />The motion carried (4-1 Mayor Harpstead). <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to Approve Planning Case 08-010 for an Interim Use Permit for <br />Temporary Housing at 1201 County Road E Based on the Findings of Fact <br />and the Submitted Plans, as Amended by the Eighteen Conditions in the <br />April 14, 2008, Memo to the City CounciL The motion carried (4-1 <br />Councilmember McClung). <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Grant seconded adjourn <br />to closed meeting pursuant to MS13D.05 Subd. 3(b) to Discuss Clear <br />Channel Outdoor Inc. Litigation with the LMCIT Attorney. The motion <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead clarified that the Council would not be returning upon completion of the closed <br />meeting. <br /> <br />8.
