<br />Commissioner Zimmerman inquired if the entire baseball field is irrigated. Mr. <br />Wacker stated that they would need to remove the sprinkling system and change <br />it. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman inquired ifit would be the same amount of work to <br />move the sprinkling system regardless of the location of the baseball field. Mr. <br />Wacker stated that reconfiguring the irrigation system would be similar work. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman inquired ifthere was a plan for not sprinkling the <br />baseball field in the proposed location in anticipation of it being built. Mr. <br />Wacker stated that there wasn't a plan to not sprinkle that area. <br /> <br />Commissioner Thompson stated she concurred with Commissioner Holewa. She <br />stated that she thinks there needs to be a specific condition stating that lighting <br />wiII not be included. She stated the security of the dugouts should be brought <br />forward. She stated the issues about the gate and access to the fields need to be <br />addressed. She stated she would like to see specific plans for the storage of the <br />fence. <br /> <br />Commissioner Modesette stated that the accessibility for wheelchairs and other <br />access should be included. <br /> <br />Chair Larson stated that it is a condition that is enforced by the Building <br />Department and the Department of Justice. He stated it is not a condition that is <br />enforced by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Commissioner Modesette stated that the accessibility needs to be addressed <br />because there are regulations. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman stated that it would be appropriate to have handicap <br />parking in the parking lot. <br /> <br />Chair Larson stated that the Planning Commission would like the applicant to <br />come back with further information about the field location; the possibility of <br />lighting in the future; the security of the facility and dugouts; and the storage of <br />equipment. He stated that the community would also like to have a neighborhood <br />meeting. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br />
