Ms. Beekman <br />stated that it could, but it would require an amendment to the Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br /> <br />Chair Larson inquired if it was tied to accepting the conditional use permit. Ms. <br />Beekman stated that if an amendment was granted for the lighting, it would be <br />required to meet the zoning code requirements. <br /> <br />Chair Larson opened the floor to Commission questions. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa noted a typo in condition fourteen that should be changed <br />from "and" to "any." <br /> <br />Chair Larson opened the public hearing at 6:43 p.m. <br /> <br />Chair Larson invited anyone for or against the application to come forward and <br />make comment. <br /> <br />Jim Hanton, 3947 RoIling HiIls Road, stated that the school staff has been <br />working weIl to respond to the issues raised by the neighbors. He stated there is a <br />possibility of a scoreboard being erected in the future and thinks the neighbors <br />concerns regarding that wiIl be heard by the school. He stated that the neighbors <br />don't want to see a POD on the property near their houses for storage. <br /> <br />Chair Larson inquired if Mr. Hanton thinks the neighbors are in consensus with <br />his feelings about the school's efforts. Mr. Hanton stated that he thinks the <br />neighbors are responding happily. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa inquired about the location ofthe meetings. Mr. Hanton <br />stated that they were held at the school. <br />
