Per the City Council's approval, also at the March 31,2008 City Council meeting, City <br />staff has retained Bolton & Menk, Inc., to assist the City in providing technical support for these <br />transportation related projects. City stall along with Bolton & Menk, has worked with <br />Mn/DOT, Ramsey County and the Developer's engineer to obtain additional infill'll1ation and <br />complete additional analysis of the items listed in the Position Paper. <br /> <br />The following is a summary ofthc information that has been obtained and provided to the City <br />since the Position Paper was approved. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />I. Mn/DOT Project: Interstate 694- I 35E to 35W Project <br />Desi!.!1l Constraint 111- Review noise impacts <br />Mn/DOT completed the additionalnoisc study that was requcsted by the City during <br />thc initial review of the Project Environmental Asscssmcnt (EA); this was prcscntcd <br />to the City Council at thc April 14,2008 mccting.
