Onec this action occurs, Ramsey County will bc infonncd of the City's intcnt to pursuc <br />this project. so that thcy may proeccd with thcir preliminary dcsign ofthc Highway] O/County <br />Road 96 intcrsection improvcments_ In addition, the City and the Dcveloper can proeecd with <br />preliminary dcsign for a f~Iillocal acccss intcrehange along Highway J O. Thc final location of <br />the intcrchangc would bc dctermined during this prcliminary dcsign proecss to minimizc impacts <br />to Arden Manor. <br />
