ARISEN HILLS PLANKING COMMISSION — MAY 7, 2008 5 <br />Commissioner Stodola stated that it appears that many of the issues have been addressed <br />by the school. <br />Commissioner Holewa thanked the school and the residents for speaking their opinions. <br />Commissioner Holewa moved, seconded by Commissioner Thompson, to recommend <br />approval of Planning Case ##08-011 for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment at 1900 <br />Lake valentine Road based on the findings of fact and the submitted plans, subject to the <br />fifteen conditions as listed in staff's May 7, 2008 report. <br />The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br />This Planning Case will be reviewed at the Monday. May 27, 2008, City Council <br />meeting. <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br />REPORTS <br />A. Report from the City Council <br />Council Member Grant updated the' Commission on recent City Council actions. <br />B. Planning Commission Comments and Requests <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Commissioner Holewa moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman, to adjourn the <br />meeting at 7:11 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br />
