Partial exclusion of liquor licensees. <br /> No person or entity licensed to sell intoxicating liquor at retail r <br /> shall be subject to the provisions of sections 4-15 to 4-22, with the <br /> exception of subsection 4-22(e) to which any such licensee shall be <br /> subject; provided, however, the term "premises of the amusement <br /> arcade," used therein, shall be aeemed to mean, in the case of the <br /> liquor licensee, the licensed premises thereof. Definition of "gambling device." <br /> ~ The term gambling device as used herein means those devices <br /> ~ known as paddlewheels, tipboards, pull-tabs (or ticket jars) or ap- <br /> paratus used in conducting raffZes as those various devices are <br /> ~ described and defined in Section 34926 of Minnesota Statutes, as <br /> ~ amended. Incorporation by reference of Section 349.26 of <br /> ' Minnesota Statutes, as amended. <br /> <br /> ~ Unless the provisions of Chapter 13 and of this division of the <br /> ~ city Code are inconsistent, in which case those provisions shall <br /> , control, all the terms, provisions and subdivisions of Section 349.26 <br /> of Minnesota Statutes, as amended-which regulate and provide <br /> for the Iicensing of the operation of gambling devices-are hereby <br /> adopted and incorporated herein by reference.
