License fee. <br /> As provided in section 13-24 of the Arden Hills Code, the fee for <br /> various types of gambling device licenses shall be established in <br /> a resolution from time to time adopted by the council. Issuance of license; investigation by police. <br /> A license to operate a gambling device shall be issued by the <br /> clerk-administrator no earlier than fifteen (15) days after the ap- <br /> plication has been submitted. If requested by the clerk- <br /> administrator, however, the police department of the city shall <br /> investigate any application and shall submit a recommendation <br /> to the clerk-administrator prior to issuance or denial of the li- <br /> cense as provided in section 13-8 of the Arden Hills Code.
