<br /> <br /> <br /> AMUSEMENTS, PAftKS AND RECREATION § 4-48 <br /> <br /> City shall mean and refer to the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> Council shall mean and refer to the city council of the <br /> city. <br /> <br /> Department shall mean and refer to the parks and <br /> recreation department of the city. <br /> Director shall mean and refer to either the parks and <br /> recreation director of the city or to its clerk-administrator. <br /> Law enforcement officer shall mean and refer to any <br /> member of the city's police department, or to any person <br /> duly deputized or commissioned by the Board of Ramsey <br /> County Commissioners or the State of Minnesota for the <br /> purpose of enforcing the laws, ordinances and regulations of <br /> their respective jurisdictions. <br /> Open space site shall mean and refer to any public park <br /> including the parking area and driveways appurtenant <br /> thereto, any pathway, any trail, or any other similar public <br /> open space area owned, improved, maintained, operated or <br /> otherwise controlled by the city, or by the County of <br /> Ramsey, or by any other public agency. <br /> Open space waters shall mean and refer to any shoreline <br /> included in the system and those waters lying within three <br /> hundred fifty (350) feet and immediately abutting such <br /> shoreline. , <br /> Person shall mean and refer to any individual, firm, ; <br /> partnership, corporation or association of persons. <br /> i <br /> System shall mean and refer to all of the open space sites ' <br /> located within the city.
