No person shall take any fish, frog, turtle or <br /> crayfish by angling, spearing, archery, netting or trapping <br /> from any open space waters or from any shoreline, pier or <br /> dock included in the system except in specifically designated <br /> areas, and then only in accordance with Chapters 98 and <br /> 101, Minnesota Statutes 1974, as amended. <br /> (d) Bicycling. <br /> (1) No person shall ride or operate a bicycle in any open <br /> space site except on designated bikeways or surfaces <br /> normally provided for vehicular traffic. <br /> (2) No person shall ride or operate a bicycle in violation <br /> of Chapter 169, Minnesota Statutes 1974, as amended. <br /> Persons riding a bicycle shall observe and obey all <br /> traffic and directional signs. <br /> (3) No person shall ride or operate a bicycle in any open <br /> space site except in a prudent and careful manner. <br /> (4) All bicycle riders shall remain in single file and <br /> proceed in the extreme right-hand lane of a drive or <br /> bikeway at all times except when passing another <br /> vehicle or bicylist parked or traveling in the same <br /> direction. <br /> (5) Wherever provided, bicycles shall be parked in <br /> locations set aside specifically for their storage. , <br /> <br /> Supp. No. 3 <br /> 201 <br /> ~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I ~ <br />
