<br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> § 6-34 ARDEN HILL5 CODE <br /> <br /> Sec. 6-34. Same-Plumbing. <br /> The plumbing inspector shall be a competent plumber who <br /> shall have at least two (2) years' experience as a <br /> journeyman or master plumber; shall be well versed in <br /> approved methods of plumbing installation and inspection, <br /> the provisions of the state building code relating to <br /> plumbing work and the provisions of this chapter and all <br /> other ordinances which he is charged with enforcing and <br /> administrating, and the rules and regulations of the <br /> Minnesota Industrial Commission; and shall be licensed as <br /> , a plumber pursuant to pertinent provisions of M.S.A. Section <br /> 326.37 et seq., as amended, and regulations promulgated by <br /> , the State Board of Health. (Ord. No. 191, § 5(c), 8-11-75) <br /> Sec. 6-35. Same-Heating. <br /> <br /> The heating inspector shall have a general knowledge of <br /> I all types of heating apparatus, equipment and installation <br /> and shall be well versed in approved methods of heating <br /> inspection, the provisions of the state building code relating <br /> to heating and the provisions of this chapter and other - <br /> ordinances which he ia charged with enforcing and <br /> administrating. Same-Landscape. <br /> ' The landacape inspector shall have at least two (2) yeara' <br /> experience as a landscape architect, nuraeryman, or <br /> horticulturist and shall be well versed in varietiea of plant <br /> materials and their proper implantation, arrangement and <br /> maintenance. Same-Deputies. <br /> Each deputy inspector appointed by the city council shall <br /> have the same qualifications as those establiahed for the <br /> inspector for whom he was appointed to serve as an <br /> assistant; provided, however, that the city council may <br /> waive such of those qualifications as it deems advisable and <br /> in the public intereat.
