Information on plane snd specfflcations. <br /> <br /> (a) If required, plans and apecifications ahall be drawn to <br /> scale upon substantial paper or cloth and ahall be of <br /> sufficient clarity to indicate the nature and estent of the <br /> work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the <br /> provisions of this chapter, the provisions of any other <br /> applicable ordinancea of the city and all other relevant <br /> laws, rules and regulations. The first sheet of each set of <br /> plans and apecifications ahall give the house and atreet <br /> address of the work and the name and addresa of the owner <br /> and person who prepared them. Plans and specifications <br /> shall include a plot plan showing the location of the <br /> proposed building and of every eaisting building on the <br /> property. In lisu of detailed specifications, the building <br /> inspector, any other inspector, or their respective deputiea, <br /> may approve referencea on the plans to a specific section or <br /> part of this chapter, the provision(s) of any other applicable <br /> ordinance, the state building code or other relevant laws or <br /> rules and regulations. <br /> (b) Computations, stress diagrsms, and other data suffi- <br /> cient to ahow the correctness of the plans, shall be <br /> sapa xo. 2 <br /> 31fi ' <br /> <br /> I <br />
