Applications. <br /> <br /> To obtain a permit as requirecf by this article, the <br /> ' applicant shall first file with the clerk-administrator an <br /> application therefor in writing on a printed form furniahed <br /> for such purpose. Every such application for a building <br /> permit shall and every such application for any other <br /> permit may (in the discretion of the particular inspector, or <br /> his deputy, under whose jurisdiction the application is being <br /> ~ made): . <br /> (a) Identify and describe the work to be covered by the <br /> permit for which application is made; <br /> (b) Describe the land on which the proposed work is to be <br /> done, , by lot, block, tract, and house and street <br /> ~ address, or a similar deacription that will readily <br /> ' identify and definitely locate the proposed building or <br /> work; <br /> I ' (c) Show the use or occupancy of all parts of the <br /> building; <br /> (d) Be accompanied by plans and specifications as <br /> required in the next succeeding subsection hereof; <br /> (e) State the valuation of the proposed work; <br /> (f) Be signed by the applicant, or his authorized agent, <br /> who may be required to submit evidence to indicate <br /> such authority; and <br /> (g) Give such other information as reasonably may be <br /> I required by the inspector, or his deputy, under whose <br /> ~ jurisdiction the application is being made. Plans and specifications may be required. <br /> (a) With each application for a building permit, and when <br /> required by the particular inspector, or his deputy, under <br /> whose jurisdiction the application for any other type of <br /> permit is being made, two (2) sets of plsns and specifica- <br /> tions shall be submitted along with such application.
