Display. <br /> <br /> The certificate of occupancy issued under the provisions of <br /> this division shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the <br /> premises and shall not be removed except by the building <br /> inspector. Required. <br /> <br /> No person shall engage in the city in the businesa of <br /> doing or performing any of the various types of work <br /> hereinafter listed without first obtaining from the city a <br /> license therefor as hereinafter provided. Such prohibited <br /> types of work are as follows, to wit: <br /> (a) The installation, alteration or repair of any heating <br /> system, gas appliance, gas piping, refrigeration or air <br /> conditioning equipment, low or high pressure ateam <br /> systems, or any pressure veasel connected to said <br /> systems or equipment. <br /> (b) The installation, alteration or repair of any gas <br /> heating or refrigeration system or appliances or <br /> devices operated in connection therewith. <br /> (c) The installation, alteration or repair of wells. Esception. <br /> No license shall be required under the provisiona of this <br /> article where the work is to be performed and is within the <br /> scope or competence of a plumber, electrician, or ateamfitter <br /> duly and currently licensed by the state, or by another <br /> tradeaman duly licensed therefor by the state.
