Inspections. <br /> Routine inspection and evaluation of sites or facilities <br /> shall be made in such frequency as to insure conaistent <br /> compliance by the sites or facilitiea with the provisions of <br /> this chapter. The permittee shall be provided with written <br /> and documented notice of any deficiencies, recommenda- <br /> tions for their correction and the date when the correctiona <br /> shall be accomplished. The permittee shall allow free acceas <br /> to the clerk-adminiatrator, city council, or proper represent- <br /> ative of any other governmental agency at any time for the <br /> purpose of making such inapectiona. Nonconformance. <br /> The council, after notice given for failure of any peraon, j <br /> party or corporation to comply with conditions of a permit <br /> . granted under the provisions of this chapter may proceed to <br /> cause such compliance with such requirement and the cost <br /> of such work may be taged against the property on which ' <br /> the operation is located and become a lien thereon, or the <br /> I city may, at its option, proceed to collect such costs by an <br /> action against the person, party, or corporation to whom <br /> such permit has been isaued and the sureties on the bond <br /> shall be responaible for such coats.
