<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> § 8-9 ARDEN HILLS CODE <br /> <br /> Sec. 8-9. Records. <br /> Accurate daily records of site operations shall be <br /> maintained. These records shall contain information per- <br /> tinent to site operation. Intake of materials in tons or cubic <br /> yards shall be recorded daily in a manner acceptable to the <br /> city, and shall include the type of materials deposited, and <br /> the name and addresa of the source of same. These records <br /> shall be available at all times for review and inapection by <br /> the city. (Ord. No. 150, § 4.5, 12-16-71) <br /> Sec. 8-10. Completion. <br /> A detailed description and plan of a completed land <br /> reclamation or mining site ahall be filed with the <br /> clerk-administrator within one (1) month after approval of <br /> the operation as finally concluded. This deacription ahall <br /> include the general type and location of deposit$d materials, <br /> 'i the type and number of lifts, original and final terrain <br /> , descriptions, and other pertinent characteriatics of the <br /> completed site. No consent. <br /> <br /> Nothing contained in this chapter shall be deemed to be a <br /> consent, license, or permit to locate, construct, or maintain a <br /> site, facility or operation, or to carry on any activity. (Ord. <br /> I No. 150, § 4.7, 12-16-71) <br /> Sec. 8-12. Variances. <br /> ~ (a) Where the council and the planning commiasion finds <br /> that extraordinary and unneceasary hardahips may result <br /> from strict compliance with this chapter, variances may be <br /> granted provided that such variancea will not have the <br /> effect of nullifying the intent and purpose of the comprehen- <br /> sive plan, official map, zoning ordinance or this chapter. <br /> (b) An application for a variance ahall be filed with the <br /> clerk-administrator stating the egceptional conditions and <br /> the peculiar difficulties claimed. <br /> <br /> 464 <br />
