<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> § 8-13 AftDEN HILLS CODE <br /> <br /> Sec. 8-13. Appeals. <br /> (a) The board of appeals shall act upon all questions as <br /> they may arise in the administration of this chapter, and it <br /> shall hear and decide appeals from and review any order, <br /> requirement, decision, or determination made by an <br /> administrative official charged with enforcing this chapter. <br /> Such appeal may be taken by any person aggrieved or by <br /> any officer, department, board or bureau of a town, <br /> municipality, county, or state. _ <br /> (b) Hearinga by the board of appeals shall be held within <br /> a reasonable time and upon such notice to interested parties <br /> as is provided in the chapter establishing the board. The <br /> board shall make ita order deciding the matter snd shall <br /> serve a copy of such order upon the appellant or petitioner <br /> by mail. Any party may appear at the hearing in person or <br /> by agent or attorney. <br /> (c) The board of appeals may reverae or affirm wholly or <br /> partly, or may modify the order, requirement, decision, or <br /> determination as in its opinion ought to be made in the <br /> premises and to that end shall have all the powers of the, <br /> officer from whom the appeal was taken and recommend the <br /> issuance of a permit. The reasons for the board's decision <br /> shall be stated. The decision of such board shall not be final <br /> and any person having an intereat affected by such decision <br /> shall have the right to appeal to the district court. (Ord.
