<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> § 8-31 ARDEN HILLS CODE <br /> <br /> Property damage liability shall be furnished in the amount <br /> of at least five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) for <br /> any one occurrence. (Ord. No. 150, § 5.6, 12-16-71) <br /> Sec. 8-32. Fees. <br /> (a) The fees for a permit required by this article ahall be <br /> established by the city council. The council may review and <br /> revise the fee schedule periodically. The clerk-administrator <br /> may issue the permit only after the fee has been paid and a <br /> determination has been made that the application complies <br /> with the terms of this chapter. <br /> (b) Municipal corporations and governmental agencies <br /> shall be exempt from the fee requirements as preacribed by <br /> this section. (Ord. No. 150, § 8.6, 12-16-71) <br /> Sec. 8-33. Procedure for issuance. <br /> <br /> The following shall conatitute the procedure to be followed <br /> in the iasuance of any permit required by the provisions of <br /> this article: <br /> (a) Applicant completes the application provided by the <br /> city and submita same along with the documents <br /> ' required by this article, to the clerk-administrator. <br /> (b) The clerk-adminiatrator determines if the application <br /> and supporting documents comply with the terma of <br /> thia chapter. <br /> If the application ia in compliance, it is transmitted to <br /> the planning commisaion for its consideration at its <br /> next regular acheduled meeting. <br /> (d) The planning commission shall aet and conduct a <br /> public hearing in accordance with the provisiona of <br /> the zoning ordinance for special use permits. <br /> (e) Following the public hearing, the planning commis- <br /> sion shall forward the application, with its recommen- <br /> dations, to the council. <br /> (f) In conaidering applications, the council shall consider <br /> the advice snd recommendationa of the clerk-admin- <br /> 472 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ~ <br />
