Appearance. <br /> All buildings and structures used for an operation <br /> permitted under this chapter shall be maintained in such a <br /> manner, as far as is practicable and according to acceptable <br /> industrial practice, as to assure that such buildings and <br /> structures will not become dangerously dilapidated. Weeds <br /> and any other unsightly or noxious vegetation shall be cut <br /> or trimmed as may be necessary to preserve a reasonably <br /> neat appearance and to prevent seeding on adjoining <br /> property. Buildings, structures. <br /> Within a period of three (3) months after the termination <br /> of a permitted operation, within three (3) months after <br /> abandonment of such operation for a period of sig (6) <br /> months or within three (3) months after egpiration of a <br /> permit, all buildings and structures incidental to such <br /> operation shall be dismantled and removed by, and at the <br /> expense of, the operator last operating such buildings and <br /> structures; egcept that such buildings and structures need <br /> not be dismantled and removed so long as they may legally <br /> be used for some other purpose permitted in the zone in <br /> which they are located.
