<br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> § 9.5-71 ARDEN HILLS CODE <br /> <br /> ' AftTICLE VIII. ENFORCEMENT <br /> Sec. 9.5-71. Enforcing officer. <br /> <br /> This chapter shall be enforced by the administrator who is <br /> appointed by the city council. The administrator may <br /> institute, in the name of the City of Arden Hills, any <br /> appropriate actions or proceedings against a violator as <br /> provided by statute or ordinance. (Ord. No. 218, § 12(A), <br /> 5-26-81) <br /> Sec. 9.5-72. Violations-Penalties. <br /> Violation of the provisions of this chapter or failure to <br /> comply with any of its requirements (including violations of <br /> conditions and safeguards established in connection with <br /> grants of variances or conditional uses) shall constitute a <br /> misdemeanor. Any person who violates this chapter or fails <br /> to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon <br /> conviction thereof, be fined not more than five hundred <br /> ' dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned for not more than ninety <br /> (90) days, or both, and in addition shall pay alI costs and <br /> expenses involved in the case. Each day such violation <br /> continues shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. No. <br /> 218, § 12(B), 5-26-81) <br /> Sec. 9.5-73. Same-Additional recourse. <br /> Nothing herein contained shall prevent the city council <br /> from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to <br /> prevent or remedy any violation. (Ord.
