Compliance. <br /> No person shall operate any restaurant, cafe, public <br /> dining room or eating house unless it is at all times clean <br /> and sanitary, and all requirements of this article and other <br /> applicable provisions of this Code have been fulfilled. Authority of health officer. i <br /> <br /> If upon investigation of any restaurant, cafe, dining room ' <br /> or eating house, the health officer finds violationa of this <br /> article or other applicable provision of this Code he ahall <br /> notify the owner, proprietor or manager in writing stating <br /> the condition to be corrected and stating a reasonable time <br /> (not less than forty-eight (48) hours) in which the correction <br /> ahall be made. Failure to comply with such notice shall <br /> constitute a violation of this article. (Ord.
