Such <br /> occupancy or guest register ahall be available for <br /> inspection at all times by officers, employees or agents <br /> of the city or any other agency or political subdivision <br /> of the State of Minnesota or United States Govern- <br /> ment. Occupancy or guest regiaters must be kept by <br /> the licensee for a period of not less than two (2) yeara <br /> after all of its pages have been filled. <br /> (7) Inspection by city officers and identification of <br /> employees. Licensee shall allow his entire premises to <br /> be inspected by the building inspector, health officer, <br /> any police officer or member of the fire department, <br /> and any other officer, employee or agent of the city or <br /> any other agency of any political subdivision, the <br /> State of Minnesota, or agency of the United States <br /> Government. Upon demand by any police officer, any <br /> person engaged in providing services in any licensed <br /> premises shall identify himself by giving his true <br /> legal name and his correct address. <br /> (8) Designation of manager. If the licensee is a partner- <br /> ship or a corporation, it shall designate a peraon to be <br /> manager of the business. Such peraon ahall remain <br /> responsible for the conduct of the business until <br /> ` another single person has been designated in writing <br /> by the licensee. The licensee shall promptly notify the <br /> clerk-administrator in writing of any such change <br /> indicating the name and address of the new manager <br /> and the effective date of such change. <br /> (9) List of employees. The licensee shall furnish the <br /> clerk-adminiatrator with a list of current employees <br /> indicating their names and addresaes and designating <br /> the duties of them. Licensee shall promptly notify the <br /> clerk-administrator of any additions or deletions in <br /> the list of employees or changes in their job <br /> descriptions or duties and furnish the clerk-adminis- <br /> trator with the new names and addreases and effective <br /> date of these additions. <br /> (10) Mainte?iance in sanitary condition of sauna and <br /> massage parlors.
