<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> § 13.5-9 ARDEN HILL3 CODE <br /> <br /> parlors, the licensed premisea must be kept and <br /> maintained in a sanitary condition, and all equip- <br /> ment, personal property, tables, beds, towels, clothing <br /> and the like shall also be maintained in a sanitary <br /> condition. <br /> (11) Health and disease control in sauna and massage <br /> , parlors. No peraon, while afflicted with any disease in <br /> a communicable form or while a carrier of such <br /> disease or while afflicted with boils, infected wounds, <br /> sores or any acute respiratory infection shall work or <br /> provide services in any massage or sauna room, and <br /> no person known or suspected of being afflicted with <br /> any such disease or condition ahall be employed or <br /> permitted in such area or capacity. <br /> (12) Minors prohibited. No person under eighteen (18) <br /> years of age shall be permitted upon or allowed to be <br /> employed or to serve in the massage, rap or sauna <br /> parlor. <br /> (13) Possession of alcoholic beuerages or narcotic drugs <br /> prohibited. No alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs or <br /> controlled substances shall be kept, possessed or <br /> maintained upon the premises of any massage, rap or <br /> sauna parlor. <br /> (c) Employment. <br /> (1) Clothing coverage. All employees of any establish- <br /> ment Iicensed hereunder, and customers thereof, shall <br /> have at all times their breasts, buttocks, genitals and <br /> anus covered by a nontransparent material. <br /> (2) Necessity of personal service licenses in massage <br /> parlors. No massage parlor licenae hereunder shall <br /> employ or utilize any person as a masseur or <br /> masseuse unleas such person is licensed by the city. <br /> (3) Display ' of personal service license in massage <br /> parlors. Any person acting as a masseur or masseuse <br /> in a massage parlor licensed hereunder shall have his <br /> or her licenae or a true copy thereof displayed in a <br /> prominent place on the licensed premises. <br /> Supp. No. 2 792 <br />
