<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> § 13.5-10 ARDEN HII.LS CODE <br /> <br /> (h) Operation without a license as required hereby. <br /> The licensee may appeal such suspension, revocation or <br /> nonrenewal to the city council. The council shall consider <br /> the appeal at the negt regularly scheduled council meeting <br /> on or after ten (10) days from service of the notice of appeal <br /> upon the clerk-administrator. At the conclusion of the <br /> hearing, the council may affrm the suspension, revocation <br /> or nonrenewal of the license; reinstitute or renew the <br /> license; or impose a reissuance of the license upon such <br /> additional terms, conditions and stipulations which the <br /> council may, in its sole diacretion, impose. The factual bases <br /> for any denial shall be set forth in writing and mailed to the <br /> licensee by the clerk-administrator. (Ord. No. 210, § 10, <br /> 10-29-79) <br /> Sec. 13.5-11. Violations; penalties. <br /> Whoever does any acts forbidden by this chapter or omits <br /> or fails to do any acta required by this chapter shall be <br /> guilty of a misdemeanor, and every person who commits or <br /> attempts to commit, conapires to commit or aids and abets <br /> in the commission of any act constituting a violation of this <br /> chapter or any act, which constitutes an omission and <br /> therefore a violation af this chapter, whether individually or <br /> in connection with one or more peraons or as principal, <br /> agent or accessory, shall be guilty of such offense and every <br /> person who falsely, fraudulently, forcibly or willfully <br /> induces, causes, coerces, requires, permits or directs another <br /> to violate any of the provisions of this chapter ia likewise <br /> guilty of such offenae and is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each <br /> day that a violation egists conatitutes a separate and <br /> distinct offenae. (Ord.
