<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> MASSAGE, R,AP AND SAUNA PAR,LORS § 13.5-10 <br /> <br /> (4) Same sex attendants in sauna and massage parlors. <br /> With respect to sauna and massage parlors licensed <br /> hereunder, male sauna employees or attendants and <br /> masseurs shall attend to, assist or otherwise serve <br /> only male patrons and female sauna employees or <br /> attendants and masseuses shall attend, assist or <br /> otherwise serve only female patrons. (Ord. No. 210, § <br /> 9, 10-29-79) <br /> Sec. 13.5-10. R,evocation or suspension of license. <br /> <br /> Any license granted hereunder may be subsequently <br /> revoked or suspended, or not renewed by the city council <br /> upon its finding that the licensee or its owners, partners, <br /> managers, employees, agents or any of its interested parties <br /> have engaged in any of the following items of conduct: <br /> (a) Violation of any of the requirements of this chapter; <br /> (b) Fraud, deception or misrepresentation in connection <br /> with securing the license; <br /> (c) Habitual drunkenness or intemperance in the use of <br /> drugs defined in M.S.A. Section 618.01, barbiturates, <br /> hallucinogenic drugs, amphetamines, benzedrine, deg- <br /> edrine or other sedatives, depressants, stimulants or <br /> tranquilizers; <br /> (d) Conduct inimical to the interest of the public health, <br /> safety, morals or welfare; <br /> (e) Failure fully to comply with any of the requirements <br /> of any ordinance, rule, regulation, law or statute of the <br /> city or any other governmental subdivision of the <br /> State of Minnesota, or the State of Minnesota itself, or <br /> the United States Government; <br /> (f) Material variance in the actual plan and design of <br /> licensed premises from the plans and specifications <br /> submitted to the city along with the application; <br /> (g) Conviction for any offense involving moral turpitude <br /> or sezual misconduct; and <br /> Supp. No. 2 793 <br />
