Water, sewer connections generally. <br /> (a) A mobile home shall not be used as a permanent place <br /> of abode or as a permanent dwelling unless it is properly <br /> connected to a municipal water supply and a municipal <br /> sanitary sewer system. All water and sewer systema ahall be <br /> constructed in accordance with plans and specifications <br /> approved by the city engineer. <br /> (b) The provisions of this Code with respect to required <br /> time of connections either to the municipal water system or <br /> the municipal sanitary sewer system are superseded by this <br /> provision, it being the intent of the council that municipal <br /> water and sanitary sewer connections to mobile home courts <br /> shall be made as a part of their original construction.
