Advertising. , <br /> <br /> Advertisirig of the mobile home court on the premises <br /> shall be limited to one nameplate sign containing the court <br /> name, which plate shall not egceed twenty-five (25) aquare <br /> feet, with lighting, heights and location as approved by the <br /> city with a twenty-five (25) foot setback from any lot line. <br /> (Ord. No. 147, § 4.18, 8-30-71) <br /> Sec. 14-26. Vehicles prohibited. <br /> No trailers, campers, camping trailers, motor homes, <br /> prefabricated homea, sectional houses, tent trailera, depend- <br /> ent trailers, travel trailera, or truck campers ahall occupy <br /> or be located upon any lot in a mobile home park. (Ord. No. <br /> 147, § 4.17, 8-30-71) <br /> Sec. 14-26. Enclosure of area under home. <br /> The area beneath all mobile homes shall be enclosed with <br /> a normal exterior material that shall be generally uniform <br /> throughout the entire mobile home court egcept that such an <br /> enclosure must be so constructed that the enclosed area <br /> I within the same is subject to reasonable inspection. (Ord. <br /> No. 147, § 6.6, 8-30-71) <br /> Sec. 14-27. Additions allowed. <br /> Construction of any addition to a mobile home located <br /> within the city to provide extra floor space shall be allowed <br /> provided any such addition either: <br /> (1) is furnished by a manufacturer and specifically <br /> designed for use with mobile homes; or <br /> <br /> (2) is build on site and has an exterior finish which <br /> harmonizes with the exterior fi-ish of the egisting <br /> mobile home, <br /> and such addition compliea in all respects with the other <br /> provisions of this chapter, the applicable provisions of the <br /> building code chapter (Chapter 6 hereof), other applicable <br /> ordinances or chapters, and applicable permits issued 'uy the <br /> council with respect to setback and similar matters.
