The lot may be occupied by a mobile home, an accessory <br /> building, a carport, an awning, and a storage closet or <br /> cupboard, all within said twenty-five (25) per cent limita- <br /> tion. Off-street parking-ftequired. <br /> Each mobile home site in a mobile home court shall have <br /> two (2) paved (concrete or bituminous) off-atreet parking <br /> spaces for automobilea. Each parking space shall be at least <br /> three hundred (300) square feet in size and ahall not be <br /> located within five (5) feet of the side of any mobile home or <br /> within five (5) feet of any lot line. Same--Guests. <br /> In addition to the required off-street parking for each <br /> mobile home lot, the mobile home court shall provide and <br /> maintain a paved off-street parking lot for guests of <br /> occupants: (Ord. No. 147, § 4.15, 8-30-71) <br /> Sec. 14-70. 3odding, trees required. <br /> <br /> Except for the areas used for the mobile home, patio, <br /> sidewalk and off-street parking space, the entire remaining <br /> area of the mobile home lot ahall be sodded and maintained <br /> with grass. At least two (2) ahade treea with a minimum <br /> diameter of two (2) inehes at the time of planting shall be <br /> planted and maintained on each mobile home lot. (Ord. Specifications for stand. <br /> The mobile home stand shall conaist of reinforced concrete <br /> slab, two (2) feet longer and two (2) feet wider than the <br /> mobile home and ahall be constructed in such a way that it <br /> will not heave, ahift, or settle unevenly under the weight of <br /> the mobile home, due to frost action, inadequate drainage, <br /> vibration or other forces acting upon the stand.
