Tie-downs-Reguired. <br /> <br /> The mobile home stand, shall be provided with anchors <br /> and tie-downs, such as cast=in-place concrete foundations <br /> or runways, screw augers, arrowhead anchors or other <br /> devices providing for stability of the mdbile home. (Ord. No. <br /> 147, § 5.7, 8-30-71) ~ . <br /> Sec. 14-73. Same=Specifications. . <br /> Anchors and tie-downs shali be placed at least at each <br /> corner of the mobile home stand and each anchor shall be <br /> able to sustain a minimum tensile strength of two thousand <br /> eight hundred (2,800) pounds. (Ord. No. 147, § 5.8, 8-30-71) <br /> Sec. 14-74. Fuel aupply. <br /> <br /> Each mobile home lot shall be served by a central fuel <br /> supply system, such as natural gas or a central L.P. system. <br /> No separate or private fuel containera, such as fuel oil tanks <br /> or L.P. tanks, shall be allowed in the mobile home court. <br /> Periodic inspectiona by city personnel of the entire court and <br /> all its facilities may be acquired. Utility and heating <br /> facilities shall be inspected at least once every six (6) <br /> months. (Ord. No. 147, § 5.9, 8-30-71) <br /> Sec. 14-75. Maintenance of structures. <br /> Every structure within a mobile home court shall be <br /> developed and maintained in a safe, approved, and <br /> substantial manner. The exterior of each structure in a <br /> mobile home court ahall be kept in good repair, and shall be <br /> repainted or refinished at such reasonable times and in such <br /> reasonable manner as may be required by the city, it being <br /> the intent of this provision that the court shall not be <br /> permitted to present a run-down or ahabby appearance. <br /> (Ord.
