<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> § 15-33 ARDEN HILLS CODE <br /> <br /> surfaces shall be designed to fit the requirements of a <br /> minimum seven (7) ton agle load. <br /> (g) If approved by the council, all rental campers, <br /> , trailers, or motor vehicles shall be stored or displayed <br /> only in the yard of the premises apecifically desig- <br /> nated on the site plan as submitted and approved. <br /> Unless the special use permit for the premises <br /> designatea such atorage or display area, the applica- <br /> tion shall atate whether storage or display area is <br /> required, and shall include a site plan designating <br /> such area if desired. <br /> (h) Service station premises ahall not be used as a place <br /> of storage for wrecked, abandoned or junked automo- <br /> biles. No motor vehicle in need of repair shall be <br /> stored on the premises of a service station for a <br /> continuous period of more than seven (7) days, egcept <br /> when so stored pursuant to a police department <br /> directive, or unlesa there is a bona fide delay in <br /> obtaining necessary parta for the repair of such <br /> vehicle, in which case the police department may <br /> grant the initial eatension of time, subject to review by <br /> the council. <br /> (i) Service station premises ahall not be used as a place <br /> of sale or resale, or as a place for display for sale or <br /> resale, of new or used motor vehicles. (Ord. No. 132, § <br /> 6, 5-11-70) <br /> Sec. 16-34. Abandonment of underground storage <br /> tanks. <br /> When any service station in the city has been vacant for a <br /> period of at least twelve (12) months, the clerk-administra- <br /> tor shall notify in writing the owner and/or operator thereof <br /> that any underground atorage tanks located on the premises <br /> of such vacant service station must be safeguarded or <br /> disposed of within thirty (30) days of the date of said written <br /> notice by one of the two (2) following methoda, each of <br /> which is permissible under the State Fire Marshal <br /> Flammable Liquid Code (NFPA-30): <br /> 880 <br /> ~ <br />
