This responsibil- <br /> ity is hereby recognized by the City of Arden Hills. (Ord. No. 237, <br /> § 1.B, 9-30-85) <br /> Sec. 20.5-3. Statutory suthorization. <br /> This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authorization contained <br /> in the Laws of Minnesota 1973, Chapter 379, and in furtherance <br /> of the policies declared in Minnesota Statutes 1976, Chapters <br /> 105, 115, 116 and 462. (Ord. No. 237, § 1.C, 9-30-85) <br /> <br /> Secs. 20.5-4-20.5-10. Reserved. <br /> <br /> <br /> AftTICLE II. GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br /> Sec. 20.5-11. Interpretation. <br /> In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this <br /> chapter shall be held to be minimum requirements and shall be <br /> liberally construed in favor of the city, and its city council, and <br /> shall not be deemed a limitation or repeal of any other powers <br /> granted by state statutes. (Ord. No. 237, § 6.A, 9-30-85) <br /> <br /> Sec. 20.5-12. Abrogation and greater restrictions. <br /> It is not intended by this chapter to repeal, abrogate or impair <br /> any existing easements, covenants or deed restrictions. Repeal of inconsistent ordinances. <br /> All other ordinances inconsistent with this chapter are hereby <br /> repealed to the extent of the inconsistency only. (Ord.
