Licensing provisiona or procedures; <br /> b. Building codes; <br /> c. Safety regulations; <br /> d. Regulations concerning the appropriation and use of <br /> "protected waters" as defined in Minnesota Statutes <br /> 1974, Chapter 105; <br /> e. Applicable regulations of the Minnesota Environmen- <br /> tal Quality Board. <br /> (4) The final plan for a planned unit development shall not be <br /> modified, arnended, repealed, or otherwise altered unless <br /> approved in writing by the developer, the municipality, <br /> and the commissioner. <br /> (5) There are centralized shoreline recreation facilities such <br /> as beaches, docks and boat launching facilities. Variances. <br /> Variances to the requirements of this chapter may be granted <br /> in accordance with the provisions of Section VIII.D (Variances) of <br /> Appendix A(Zoning) of the Arden Hills Code and section 20.5-58(a) <br /> of this chapter.
