(Ord. No. 98, § 7, 3-27-67) <br /> Sec. 22-7. Necessary data for einal plat. <br /> <br /> (a) General. The final plat shall be prepared by a <br /> registered surveyor and shall conform to all state and <br /> county requirements and the requirements of section (b) <br /> hereunder. All information required on the preliminary <br /> plan, except that contained in subdivision (d) of section 22-5 <br /> and topographic data and zoning information, shall be <br /> accurately shown. <br /> (b) Additional delineation. <br /> (1) The final plats shall include accurate angular and <br /> lineal dimensions for all lines, angles, and curvatures <br /> used to describe boundaries, streets, alleys, easements, <br /> areas to be reserved for public uae, and other <br /> important features. Dimensions of lot lines ahall be <br /> shown in feet and hundredtha. <br /> (2) When lots are located on a curve or when side lot lines <br /> are at angles other than ninety (90) degrees, the wrdth <br /> at the building setback line shall be shown. <br /> (3) All blocks shall be identified by consecutive numbera. <br /> Lots within each block shall bear consecutive <br /> numbers. , <br /> , (4) The final plat ahall include true angles and diatances <br /> , to the neareat established street linea or official <br /> monuments (not lesa than three (3)) which shall be <br /> accurately described in the plat. <br /> (5) Municipal, township, county or section lines accurate- <br /> i ly tied to the lines of the subdivision by distances and <br /> angles. <br /> (6) Radii, internal angles, points and, curvaturea, tangent <br /> bearinga, and lengths of all ares. <br /> <br /> Supp. No. 22 1286 <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br />
