The proposed subdivision <br /> shall conform to the city plan. <br /> (b) Street plan. The arrangement, character, egtent, <br /> width, grade and location of all streets ahall conform to the <br /> city plan and ahall be considered in their relation to esiating <br /> and planned streeta, to reasonable circulation of traffic, to <br /> topographical conditions, to runoff of storm water, to public <br /> convenience and safety, and in their appropriate relation to <br /> the proposed uses of the land to be served by such streets. <br /> The arrangement of atreets in new subdivisions shall <br /> make provision for the appropriate continuation of the <br /> egisting streets in adjoining areas. <br /> 1287 <br />
