<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> § 22-12 ARDEN HILLS CODE <br /> <br /> the entire tract to be developed be divided and <br /> allocated to the respective lots in the proposed <br /> development, the clerk-adminiatrator ahall <br /> estimate the clerical cost of preparing the <br /> revised asaeasment roll, filing the same with <br /> the county department of property taxation, <br /> and making such division and allocation, and <br /> upon approval by the council of such estimated <br /> cost the same shall be paid to the city treasurer <br /> in addition to the fees required hereinabove to <br /> cover the cost of preparing and filing such <br /> revised assessment. <br /> 6. The zoning administrator ahall refer two (2) <br /> copies of the preliminary plat for each phase <br /> of the residential planned unit development to <br /> the planning commission, one copy to the city <br /> engineer, and one copy to the city attorney <br /> and a copy each to the telephone and power <br /> and other utility companiea. The abatract of <br /> title or regiatered property report ahall be <br /> ~ referred to the city attorney for his examina- <br /> tion and report. <br /> 7. Within sixty (60) days the planning commis- <br /> sion, city attorney, city engineer, and utility <br /> companies ahall report to the council concern- <br /> ing their respective interests in the prelimi- <br /> nary plat. Included in the engineer's report <br /> shall be a cost eatimate for the required <br /> improvements. <br /> 8. Within thirty (30) days of its receipt of the last <br /> of the reports required in the previous <br /> provision, the council ahall act upon the <br /> preliminary plat by either approving it, <br /> denying it in whole or in part, tabling it for a <br /> apecified period of time, or referring it back to <br /> the planning commission for further consider- <br /> ation and report back to the council within a <br /> specified period of time.
