If the <br /> preliminary plat is approved, such approval <br /> ahall not conatitute final acceptance of the <br /> proposed development. Furthermore, any ap- <br /> proval of prelirninary plat shall be subject to <br /> the receipt of security in the form and amount <br /> reqaired by section 22-10(a)(3) hereof. <br /> 9. Upon certification by the zoning administra- <br /> tor that the required performance bond has <br /> been received and approved by the city <br /> attorney, building permits may be issued for <br /> the conatruction of the buildings, structures, <br /> and improvements in the particular phaae of <br /> the development encompassed by the prelimi- <br /> nary plat so approved. <br /> c. Final plat. <br /> .1. The developer shall file with the zoning <br /> adminiatrator seven copies of the final plat <br /> for each particular phase of his development { <br /> not later than three (3) months after the date + <br /> of the council's approval of the preliminary ' <br /> plat therefor; otherwise, the preliminary plat ' <br /> ahall be considered void unless an eztenaion <br /> of time to file the final plat ia requeated in <br /> writing by the developer and for good cause ~ <br /> granted by the counciL <br /> 2. The zoning administrator shall refer two (2) <br /> copies of the final plat to the planning ' <br /> commisaion, one copy to the city engineer, and <br /> one copy to the city attorney, and a copy each <br /> to the telephone and power and other utility <br /> companies.
