Location and size of existing sewers, water mains, <br /> culverts or other underground facilities within the <br /> subdivision tract and to a distance of one hundred <br /> (100) feet beyond the outer limits of said tract; <br /> i. Boundary lines of adjoining unsubdivided or <br /> subdivided tracts within one hundred (100) feet of <br /> the subdivision tract, identifying the same by <br /> name and ownership; <br /> j. Exiating zoning classification of the district within <br /> which the subdiviaion tract ia located; <br /> k. Total approximate acreage of the subdivision <br /> tract and acreage or square footage of the <br /> resultant parcels; <br /> 1. Topographic data, including contours at vertical <br /> intervals in not more than two (2) feet and <br /> depiction of significant featurea on or within the <br /> subdivision tract such as watercoursea, marahes, <br /> wooded areas, rock outcrops, and powers trans- <br /> mission poles and lines; <br /> m. Certification by the registered land surveyor who <br /> prepared the survey. <br /> (6) Monuments or stakes ahall be placed and installed at <br /> all corners and angle points of the resultant parcels; <br /> (7) The resultant parcels will not have setbacks and <br /> dimensions less than those required in the zoning <br /> ordinance, as amended; and <br /> (8) The subdivider has complied with the requirements of <br /> this chapter which the planning commiasion or city <br /> council have made the subdivision by registered land <br /> survey or survey specifically subject to. <br /> Such filing fee as has been established in a resolution <br /> adopted by the council shall be paid the zoning administra- <br /> tor with every application for an exemption under this I <br /> paragraph. <br /> (e) Division or consolidation of platted lots of record.
