Building code applicable. <br /> A swimming pool is deemed to be a structure under the <br /> . zoning ordinance of the city and all work must be done in <br /> accordance with the city's building code. Building permit required. <br /> A building permit ahall be required for any enlargement <br /> or other major alteration of a swimming pool coming within <br /> this chapter or one that will come within thia chapter <br /> because of said enlargement or alteration. Accessory structures. <br /> A separate building permit unleas included in the <br /> swimming pool permit, shall be required for any pump <br /> house, filter house, enclosure for the pool or any other <br /> structure erected in conjunction with a swimming pool. Such <br /> structures shall conform to all provisions of the building <br /> code. (Ord. No. 143, § 2.5, 5-10-71) <br /> Sec. 23-10. Special use permit. <br /> <br /> A special use permit purauant to the zoning ordinance <br /> shall be required for the construction of any structure <br /> designed to cover a swimming pool or for the construction of <br /> any accessory structure such as a bathhouse, or other <br /> structure large enough to enclose persons and designed for <br /> the accommodation of persons.
