<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> SWIMMING POOLS § 23-13 <br /> Sec. 23-11. Applications. <br /> <br /> The application for a building permit to construct or erect <br /> a swimming pool shall be accompanied by plans of <br /> sufficient detail to show: <br /> (a) The proposed location and size of the pool, the house <br /> and garage, fencing and other. features egisting on the . <br /> lot, such as utility locations and trees. Included with <br /> this plan shall be the location of the above features on <br /> all adjacent lots. <br /> (b) The location, size and a statement as to the typea of <br /> equipment to be used in connection with the pool, <br /> including but not limited to, filter unit, pump, wiring, <br /> heating unit, backflush and drainage outlet, fencing <br /> and the pool itself. <br /> (c) The finished elevations and final treatment around <br /> the pool. (Ord. No. 143, § 3, 5-10-71) <br /> Sec. 23-12. Fee. <br /> <br /> The normal building permit fee shall be charged for ~ <br /> applications made pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. No. 143, § <br /> 5.2, 5-10-71) <br /> <br /> Sec. 23-13. Location-Generally. <br /> (a) Pools shall not be located beneath overhead utility <br /> lines nor over underground utility lines of any type, and ' <br /> shall be located in such manner that it complies with the <br /> provisions of the National Electrical Code, a copy of which <br /> is incorporated herein by reference and is on file in the <br /> office of the clerk-administrator. <br /> (b) Pools shall not be located within any private or public <br /> utility, walkway, drainage, or other easement.
