Partial prepayment of assessments permit- <br /> ted. <br /> After adoption of an assessment roll pursuant to Chapter <br /> 429 of Minnesota Statutes Annotated, as amended, and <br /> before certification of said assessment roll to the county <br /> department of property taxation the proper officials of the <br /> city are authorized and directed to accept partial prepayment <br /> of said assessments, but not less than fifty (50) per cent <br /> of the amount of any assessment, and reduce the amount <br /> certified ta the county department of property taxation ac- <br /> cordingly. As provided by law, such partial prepayments <br /> may be accepted only during the thirty (30) day period follow- <br /> ing approval of the assessment roll. (Ord.
