<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> TRAFFIC $ 26-21 <br /> <br /> Sea 26-7. 3ame-Definition. <br /> The words, "unreaeonable acceleration" of a mnotor vehicle <br /> is hereby defined as acceleration without apparent reason, <br /> and accannplished in such manner as to cause aquealing or <br /> screeching sounds by the tires or the throwing of sand or <br /> gravel by the tires of said vehicle or both. <br /> Prima facie evidence of such unnecessary ;and unreason- <br /> able acceleration shall be aquealing or acreeching sounds <br /> emitted by the tirea or the throwing of sand or_gravel by the <br /> tires of said vehicle or both. R.emoval of key when parked-R.equired. <br /> No peraon ahall leave a motor vehicle unattended on any <br /> public road or public property in the city, or upon any <br /> unattended Qarking lot generally held apen for the use of the <br /> public and operated in connection with a commercial or <br /> businesa establishment in the city, without first atopping the <br /> engine, locking the ignition, removing the key from the <br /> ignition of said motor vehicle, and taking'the said key with <br /> him.
