<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> • TRAFFIC $ 26-31 <br /> <br /> (a) All-terrain uehicle• An off-road vehicle or motorized flotation- <br /> tired vehicle of not less than three (3) low pressure tires, but not <br /> more than six (6) tires, that is limited in engine displacement of <br /> lesa than eight hundred (800) cubic centimeters and total dry <br /> weight of less than six hundred (600) pounds. <br /> (b) Operate: To ride in or on and control the operation of a <br /> recreational motor vehicle. <br /> (c) Operator: A person who operates or is in actual physical <br /> control of a recreational motor vehicle. <br /> (d) Owner: A person, other than a lien holder, having owner- <br /> ship of or title to a recreational motnr vehicle and entitled to the <br /> use or posaession thereof. <br /> (e) Recreational motor vehicle: A self-propelled vehicle and any <br /> vehicle propelled or drawn by a self-propelled vehicle used for <br /> I recreational purposes including, but not limited to, any snowmo- <br /> bile, trail bike, all-terrain vehicle, hovercraft and other motor <br /> vehicle licensed for highway operation, which is being used for <br /> off-road recreational purposes. <br /> (fl Roadway: That portion of a highway improved, designed or <br /> i ordinarily designed for vehicular traffic. <br /> (g) Snowmobile: A self-propelled vehicle designed for travel on <br /> snow or ice on a natural terrain, steered by wheels, skis or <br /> runners.
