Waiver oi minimum oayments !or senior <br /> citizens or disatiled citizens. <br /> The council may, by resolution pasaed in ita reasouable <br /> discretion, waive minimum payments required unddr this <br /> division where such cbarges are unpoeed upon property <br /> owned or occupied by citizens sizty-fve (65) yeara of age or <br /> older or citizena who are totally disabled within the <br /> meaning of Social Security regulations. Meter required. <br /> No person shall use water from the water system or <br /> permit water to be drawn therefrom unless the water is <br /> metered by passing through a meter supplied or approved by <br /> the city; provided, however, this requirement ahall not apply <br /> to water withdrawn by suthorized city employees acting on <br /> city business or to water withdrawn for use in fire-fighting. <br /> Unlesa authorized by the commasaioner, no peraon shall <br /> connect, diaconnect, take apart, or ih anq manner change or <br /> cause to be changed, or interfere with any such meter or the <br /> action thereof. Security deposit. <br /> (a) Each water customer of the city ahall make a security <br /> , deposit for a water meter before installation of such meter, <br /> ` which deposit shall be in the amount of ane hundred twenty <br /> (120) per cent of the actual cost of such meter rounded to the <br /> nearest five dollars ($5.00) over such actual cost. At the time <br /> said security deposit is made on a water meter, an <br /> additional fee in an amount established from time to time in <br /> a resolution adopted by the council shall be paid by the <br /> customer to the city to cover the expense of installation of <br /> the meter, such charge to be made only upon installation of <br /> ~ meters two (2) inches or smaller in size. <br /> ` $upp. No. 8 1658 <br /> <br /> ~ <br /> `i <br /> <br /> ~ <br />
